Focus Effects

Levels are:
I – spells up to level 20; II – up to 44; III – up to 60; and IV – up to 65 (up to’s all are up to and including).
Here’s a quick rundown of the focus effects:
Affliction Haste: Ability to get your dot spells off 33% faster. This also means faster roots and snares. However, affliction only includes damage spells, so necro snare but not root, and druid root but not snare.
Extended Affliction: DOTs last 20% longer, doing more damage.
Affliction Efficiency: DOTs take 25% less mana to cast.
Spell Haste: Spells cast 15% faster.
Enhancement Haste: Cast beneficial spells 30% faster.
Extended Enhancement: Beneficial spells last 15% longer.
Mana Preservation: Save 10% mana on every spell cast.
Extended Range: Increase range of spells by 15%.
Improved Damage: 20% more damage on DD only spells.
Reagent Conservation: 15% chance of not use a component for a spell.
Improved Healing: 20% bonus hp on healing spells.
Reanimation Haste: 30% less casting time. Works only on undead pets.
Reanimation Efficiency: 25% less mana cost. Works only on undead pets.
Summoning Haste/Efficiency: same as Reanimation but works on non-undead pets as well as undead.
Effects DO NOT stack with each other; the best in a line will rule. So of the haste effects, a buff will cast 30% faster if you have both spell haste and enhancement haste. Focus effects will stack with spell effects (clerics’ blessing line adds to spell haste), etc.

Focus effects for spells don’t affect bard songs, sorry.
