This month I am starting a new column on PDAs for PC Pro. I plan on covering anything that fits into any kind of pocket, with enough native intelligence to do more than just run a diary, to do list and address book. That means at least Psion S3 and Siena, Pilot, Newton and the whole emerging range of Windows CE machines. The PDA market isn't very clearly defined as yet, and each new generation of machines has redefined our expectations of the genre, so we can expect a lot of shifts and changes as new systems come out.
